We had been going to our car dealer for service, even after the warranty's expired, we could not find a reliable mechanic.The dealer tried to insist on services the car did not need, basically pushing to sell. Frustrated when our car (2003 Maxima), needed an emergency service visit & dealer wasn't accommodating. Heard about Osborn's Auto for several years, we called, they were very kind to schedule a prompt diagnosis. Upon meeting Scott & seeing how efficient & professional they ran their business, we immediately feltrelieved to have our car serviced. This was my 1st experience at your shop. Your techs did a scan of the codes and Scott gave an easily understandable explaination of the issues and likely work required. The service suggested was reasonable rather than giving me a laundry list of all the things could be done to maximize my cost and your profits. I very much appreciate the honesty displayed.

I brought my car to a well known company who tried telling me my car needed $8000 worth of work. So I started asking around, and people told me about how honest Osborn's is. So I took my car in and got a 2nd opinion. Scott was fantastic! He not only was honest about what my car needed, he went above and beyond taking his time to explain to me what every piece was for and why I needed it. He also explained to me what the other company was saying in their estimate and why his was so different. I felt very confident that he knew what he was saying and that he was being honest. Not only replaced the battery, but did a full inspection and fixed loose tire valve stem and disconected piston for convertible top latch. Car i9s running great!! Thanks you very much.

Needed a next day appointment & hoped for a same day turn-around on a fairly big repair. Osborne's accomodated my request - prompt with their evaluation & took the time to explain my options. Never pushy or rude - quite friendly & very informative on what was needed. I've had Osborne's work on several cars over the years - they are consistent & I'll keep coming back.

Your staff is exellent and responsive as a service staff should be. My only criticism would be the cost, especially when one is on a fixed income.
