I've been taking my car to Osborn's since I purchased it a little over two years ago and have been very pleased with the quality of service, responsiveness of the staff and competitive pricing. The friendly and knowledgeable team make you feel comfortable and service appointments are an open dialogue throughout the process (never any unnecessary work and options discussed prior to work being completed). Highly recommended, never hear anything negative from other friends who use them!

This was the first time we came home with a slight disappointment -- the new dent in our red Forester's fender. But, as we would have expected, you fixed the problem with no muss or fuss. My Camaro is feeling so revitalized, now all of its wiring is shrink-wrapped!!! Hopefully the sea air will never bother the wiring. My classis car always loves to hang out with its buddies there at your shop---and catch the eye of passerby's!I think it likes your garage better than mine!Janet

Thank you Chad and associates. My 1990 Miata sputtered in a week ago.. Though the shop was closed Chad the manager was in and ready to assure me they would get to the bottom of things. The bottom was deep and pricey, but necessary. I have a twenty year old new car! I was informed every step of the way and the woe.k was done to perfection. I would trust Chad to take out my gall bladder, he has that kind of bedside manner. Competent (and beyond) knowledgeable, and professional. Quality work at a fair price.
