Even though I needed a $1000 worth of work done, I know that some small jobs that can be handled quickly and easily will sometimes be taken care of by Scott without charging a labor fee. Little things like that will keep me coming back.

Thanks for terrific service again. You explain all the repairs needed very clearly with an estimate of the cost. I feel very confident every time we get our car serviced that everything has been checked and we will have no problems on our next trip.

Another wonderful experience at Osborn's Automovtive

I have been going to Osborn's since 2009. They are honest, efficient, and provide excellent service. My 2000 Nissan Maxima runs better than ever since I started using their shop. Scott is very knowledgeable and fair. They also provide transportation to and from their shop if you live nearby. For customers who live furrther away, they will split the cost of a rental car with you. I am moving to Seal Beach this month but I will still bring my car to Osborn's because of their quality service.

I moved to Redondo Beach two weeks ago. I walk past this shop because it is a short walk from where I live. I made a mental note when I saw that they were voted best auto repair in the South Bay, not knowing if I would ever need their services. Unfortunately, sure enough my brake light came on, fortunately I had the Osborne auto team there to help. These professionals are every bit of that. A lot of times when you have a concern about your car, you wonder if the repair center is going to tell you the problem is worse than what it really is, upcharging galore. Trust is huge with me. My best endorsement of Osborne Automotive is that I trust them! I will always recommend Osborne Automotive to anyone that will listen.

Once again, we are completely happy with the friendly service provided by Scott and his crew at Osborn's.
