I brought my car in for an alternator which AAA had told me I needed. Osborne had pre ordered the alternator and had it on hand. However when Osborne checked the electrical system they found I didn't need the alternator but rather a new battery which was still under warranty to AAA. This saved me hundreds of dollars. I greatly appreciate Osborne's honesty and professionalism. Thank you.

My last service was very expensive and took 3 days. But the problem was fixed. My car seat was dirty and wet when I picked my car up. It was raining that day, so I assume you guys opened my car window and left it open.

Osborne's has been my mechanics of choice for at a least two years. I have a ten year old Acura TL with the help of the great service technicians my car drives as if it was new. If the car needs extra unexpected work (what car doesn't) the news is broken to you gentle with facts and pictures to back up what is needed.
