Great service

Just got back in town after being gone way too long to find that my X5 did not have a charge. Called AAA only to find out that the battery was done. AAA was able to give it one last charge so I called the dealership and was quoted between $800 and $850. YIKES! My mechanic retired so I called around and found Osborn's. Jaime was great! She said to bring it down and I did. My vehicle was ready in a few hours and at half the price of the dealership. It was a great experience considering it was a not so great surprise!

I just had a lot of work done on my 2008 Audi A4 and, while expensive, the work was done efficiently and on time including a need for a quick follow-up fix. I can certainly recommend Osborn's as the go to place to have your car serviced.

I was very pleased by the attention to detail, the fact that they listened and were responsive. Great customer service. I had a long time intermittent problem with my Audi. We went to 2 different Audi dealerships multiple times over several years and they were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. Osborn's is really great. I came in to have my tires looked at because I had a leak in one of my tires that caused my tire alert light to come on. Before coming here, I had gone to a few other shops and they were unable to find a leak at all. The other shops looked at the tire, said they couldn't see a hole, put some air in the tire, then sent me on my way. It had gotten to the point where I was having to fill my tire with air weekly. Finally I came to Osborn's and within a minute, they were able to find where the tire was punctured and plugged the tire. I am so grateful to Keith and Mykel for solving my annoying problem so quickly and for being so nice and helpful! I recommend this place to everyone and will be definitely be coming back.

Osborn's did a great job, as usual. They took the time to explain the problem, and gave me an accurate estimate, finished ahead of the time promised. Whenever I have a potential problem I know that I can trust Osborn's to give me an honest answer, good advice, and a fair price if/when repairs are needed.
