Absolutely the best service I've ever had for my car. Jaime and Mykel went above and beyond all expectations. Jaime made me feel like I was part of her family with how she thoughtfully explained what was going on with my vehicle; not to mention, the price for the parts and service was a third less than the other mechanics around the area. Jaime was incredibly generous with her time; she completely answered any questions I had over the phone and text. The cherry on top was when Osborn's Automotive made sure to take me to and from wherever I needed while my car was under repair thanks to Mykel. If that wasn't enough, when I got my car back it looked like I got an exterior wash, they put in santizer wipes, and even gave me a little scratcher after my payment. The little things go a long way in my book, and I couldn't be more pleased with my service.

This is a first rate auto shop where your car will be taken care of by professional technicians who perform first rate work, and you will be advised by a service advisor who is kind, knowledgeable, and has ability to put herself in your shoes when your car has failed.
