First of all, let me say that I'm an Accountant and very hard to please! 🤷♂️ I trusted Osborn's and was a little skeptical when I discovered that it's now under new ownership. 🤨 I researched Pacific Motor Sports (PCM) and they have excellent reviews! My only constructive criticism (as I used to tell Osborn's) is that they should have a Customer Portal where we would be able to see our repair history! 🙄 Now, on to my review of the work done...Replaced front brake pads and resurfaced rotors, new battery and oil change. Craig, the Amazing Service Manager, is very knowledgeable and pleasant. He explains things thoroughly. 👏 My dog 🐕🦺 was even comfortable there and waited patiently while Craig explained their Diagnostic report to me. The work that was done by Technicians JJ and JR (especially my new front brake pads) seems excellent! 😁 Pacific Tire Motorsports may be a little expensive but I researched the parts they used and am happy to report that they seem to use only very high quality parts! This old Accountant 👴 (and my dog) 🐕🦺 are pleased!🥇
