My first visit was great! Brought in my Subaru for a 30,000 service and appreciated Craig's time walking me through what would be done and what to expect. Emailing the items found during the inspection and then following up with a phone call was perfect. Very happy to have a found an honest place to take my car.

Osborn's is such a great automotive center to bring your car in for service. They checked out my car thoroughly, determined that there was no identifiable problem, and did not charge anything. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I am SO glad I found this place! My Jeep Wrangler suddenly overheated on my way home & the AAA tech suggested he tow her to Osborn's. Craig was super friendly & helpful. Great communication & follow through. They quickly diagnosed what went sideways (thermostat housing cracked), notified me, ordered the part & fixed her up quickly. Very reasonable pricing too. I'm so happy to have found a reliable, trustworthy place that is close to home. I will be bringing my Jeep here from this point forward for any repairs & maintenance needs. South Bay gem!

Excellent service, as always

I gave Osborne's a first try after getting a mailer from them with service specials. After reading so many positive reviews, I met with Craig and we set up a service on my BMW. I was very happy with the results and will take my Acura there also the next time it needs service. I also appreciate the fact that they cleaned and sanitized my car during these crazy times which is something even the dealerships aren't doing these days.
