Osborn's AutomotiveSo I had a really great experience with Osborn's Automotive. My Fiancee and I took her older Toyota to Disneyland in June. It was a great vacation! While we were down there we decided to take a morning off of Disneyland and go for a drive. Santa Monica, Renando beach kinda area. It was amazing until the cars AC stopped working! We had just put $1500 into this car. So I looked to our AAA service to find a good auto shop. They recommended Osborn's so I went. They were able to give our AC a charge and get it working again so we could make it home. While we were there they let me know about a special they were having, some summer special I guess. I was a killer deal so we agreed. We really needed an oil change anyway but this had a lot more to it. Synthetic Oil, Coolant top off and check, Suspension check, brake inspection, Rotated tires all the good stuff for like 40 bucks! I pay that much for oil can Henry just to do an oil change. It was a good deal. Â The people were really nice, It seemed like a small business instead of some corporate big shot so I was happy about support a local business owner as well.We had a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

It was such a relief to take my car to Osborn's in Redondo Beach! I have been to several other local auto repair shops that are dishonest or do shoddy work. Some shops inflate the price if they think the customer doesn't know the difference. Other shops keep adding more and more to the bill, once they have the car. Osborn's is different!The employees were all friendly and could carry on a conversation while I was waiting. They all seemed happy, and everyone I interacted with spoke English, which makes things so much easier. They lived or were from the beach community, and were familiar with local places and events. It was refreshing!They gave me a fair estimate for the repairs on my car. I had previously checked 2 other repair shops in the area. The prices were all similar, but Osborne's was closer to the beach and easier to get to. The repairs were finished when promised. The total price ended up being a bit less than the estimate (when does that ever happen?)The necessary work was done, and the car was no dirtier when I picked it up than when I left it. Other repair shops have left big greasy handprints on my car, and they are hard to remove. My car is not a showpiece, but nobody likes that. It was quick and easy to pick my car up when it was done.I will try to get my car serviced here in the future.
