My car was not ready the same day as scheduled, and I was not called to inform that my car would not be ready. I had to use my wife's car to get to work the following day, which disrupted both of our plans for the day.

Hearing grinding sounds after I would touch my brakes made me realize I needed to take my car to a mechanic.
