As always, service was great albeit shocking , in this case. We were told of a major problem on a 2 year old car!. Found out it was a manufacturers problem they are having with Kia Souls. Jaime was extremely helpful, upfront, and honest. All of my vehicle's needs were addressed and resolved within a less than ideal timeline for most repair shops. I believe there isn't another shop that could have finished the job in time for our family to enjoy a trip to the lake! Thank you so much Jaime and staff!! We will definitely be brings our families vehicles to Osborn's from now on.

I would highly recommend Osbornes to others..the diligence of Jaime and the mechanics in determining the problems my car had was refreshing and extremely helpful..,they also restored my impression of auto shops as two previous shops were dishonest about the work they performed on my car. Thank you Jaime.and staff...p.s, they are one of the few shops that also offer a shuttle service to take you home if needed.when you leave your car there.
