Jamie is awesome! She understood our difficult situation, and helped us with a "pay it forward" solution. She is a real gem. It would've been a 5 star review except you guys didn't wash the car! That was one of the reasons I wanted to use you guys - your level of service! But now we're leaving Tuesday morning and I've got to find the time to get the car washed before then – bummer! What the heck?

The inside of our car was a disaster! Ski trips with snow and mud, mt biking trips with dirt and grease ... and all the food that is consumed along the way, it was a real mess! We feel like we have a new car! Can't believe it. Thanks so much! You never disappoint us.

Extensive service was performed. It was finished at the stated time and the estimate of the cost,and actual cost, was spot-on. It was less than I expected given the extensive nature of the service and expected cost of the parts (ceramic brake pads, etc.).
