I had been putting off some repairs, and finally just walked in and was able to be taken right away. All estimates for what needed to be done were clearly explained, as were the things in the monitor list. I thought that was great, they pointed out things that will need to be addressed in the future, but were fine now. My car was ready earlier than expected and the estimate was right on. It's running much better than it was before I dropped it off.

What a great experience I had with Osborn's Automotive. I had a mysterious rattle right before I was to take a long trip. My mechanic sold his shop and wasn't sure where to go. I stopped by late one day before my trip and asked Joe if someone could ride around the block with me to hear the rattle. Oscar agreed and agreed it was a weird rattle. Anyway, I took my Lexus 300h back the next morning and they discovered that the muffler was moving freely and someone had tried to sure it up with something metal. That was rubbing and they fixed it correctly. I was able to go on my trip with piece of mind. I will be back! Thanks to Joe and Oscar.
