Jaime and the team at Osborn's Automotive went above and beyond! The leasing firm and warranty company were being really stubborn about a repair that was a textbook warranty issue. Osborn's likely spend as much time on the phone as they did on the car! But they just consider that part of the service. It's almost too bad this is an auto repair shop and not a doctor's office: A lot of places could take a page out of their book on what service means. Thank you!
