New in town, I didn't know who to call when my van died on PCH, so AAA referred me to Osborn's. Wow! What service! In an age of really poor customer service being the standard, Daniel was on top of things, courteous, humorous, and efficient. He provided me with options and suggestions. When all was said and done, they even washed my van inside and out! Wow!

I am very happy with the work done on my 2004 Sable and the wonderful treatment I get at the front desk. I picked up my car this week and I was so surprised the car was washed and it looked more like it was detailed and it did not look like the car I drop off. I am 70 and depend on the Osborne mechanics to keep my car in good running condition.

I took my beat-up old truck into Osborne's to see if they could fix the manual crank window. I had taken the upholstery off the inside of the door, but I could not figure out how to get to the inner parts. I like to be able to roll up the window for security.They were fine with doing an "exploratory" repair. They gave me a price to open up the door and see what was needed.It ended up that the broken window parts far exceeded the value of my poor old truck. I was shocked, and they were understanding when I told them that I could not justify spending that much on the window. They put the door back together without badgering me to spend more money. They even sent a driver to my home in their cute little Smart Car to pick me up, when it was finished.I am very sad about my truck. But I am happy with the service and how I was treated at Osborne's.

Highly recommend this place. I had one negative experience and they called me to sort it out. I really appreciate that they take customer feedback so seriously.

Took husband's WRX in for a squealing belt. Fixed right away. Always professional, friendly help from Danial and a ride home I appreciated from another young man.
