I was having a strange issue with the brakes on my car. The dealer that I have dealt with in the past wasn't really sure what the problem was, and they suggested a couple of very expensive options that MIGHT work. Not satisfied with "might", I went to Osborn's instead. For starters, they said that a diagnostic on the brakes would be free (as opposed to the $100+ the dealer charges). They listened to what I had to say, took a test drive with me to try to figure out exactly what it was that was happening, and took the time to come up with a real solution to the problem. They took the time to verify their diagnosis, then fixed the problem. I got my car back faster than expected, and they took the time to check in with me the following week to make sure that everything was working out ok. As a woman, I've been in those situations before where someone will assume you know nothing about cars and try to take advantage of you. I didn't experience any of this at Osborn's. I really appreciate that they took the time to listen to me, asked questions to narrow down the issue, and treated me with respect the entire time. After experiencing the amazing customer service at Osborn's, I will definitely be taking my car there for any future issues.
