So far as I can tell, the work and parts were as needed and agreed. But the prices seem awfully steep. $600 to replace a single air-fuel sensor? On top of the diagnosis, charged separately. The part might be $70 to $90. $170 for a brake-fluid flush? (well, that includes some sort of warranty.) Of course, it’s hard to shop prices in advance, so we count of the shop to set “fair” prices, but $44 in labor to replace the air and cabin filters?

Professional, was willing to stick to the repair until it was done properly. I have nothing but respect for all of the staff of Osborn Automotive. I highly recommend them to you. They informed me daily of the progress of my Auto repair and allowed me to approve the repair costs. Jacob is a fine Technician, and Jamie is very polite. They treated my car as if it were their own.
