Scott Osborn runs an honest repair shop and does quality work at a fair price. In addition, he offers rides to and from his shop which makes it very convenient for me to drop off my car in the morning, get a ride to work, and know that Osborn's will pick me up at the end of my workday to get my car. First rate shop!

It is refreshing these days to find a service provider that isn't constantly looking for ways to charge you more for services that you may not necessarily need. Osborn's provided me with all the information that I needed to make an intelligent decision on what I wanted vs. what I needed to have done to my car. In the end, they probably sacrificed a little bit of one-time revenue, but gained a dedicated customer.
