Osborne's Outstanding! I am a first time customer of Osborne's (highly recommended by a car buff friend of mine) and was beyond pleased with the diagnostic process and car services received during my visit. Jamie, the manager was friendly and professional - actively listening to any concerns that I had about my car and asking great questions to clarify or gain more information for troubleshooting. She immediately gains your confidence with her calm demeanor and obvious competency. Paul, an all-around garage assisstant was able to shuttle me to work and back. He was a pleasure to interact with as well. Kind and polite. It was refreshing to interact with both emplyees. My car was recommended for a several needed services. Budget-wise, I was able to complete just a few during this visit. I was not at all pressured into completing the rest of the work, but rather provided a priority ranking and explanation for each recommended item. I'll keep this info (printed out or me as well) to help plan the additional maintenance my vehicle will need. I'd easily recommend Osborne's Automotive to others. P.S. The super clean environment, decor (nice vintage gas pumps, signs, etc.), and coffee added that nice little extra touch to the visit =)

As always, we were very satisfied with Osbournes. The staff is excellent. Jaimie the Service Manager is very knowledgable and especially kind to women clients. She explains what is wrong with your vehicle and offers suggestions and solutions. My past experiences with other mechanics haven't been as positive. I feel like I am a part of the decision making process. I would recommend Osbournes to all.

Based on other strong reviews, I took my car here for extensive maintenance updates this week. The customer service is excellent, timely, and professional. I'm confident that the maintenance they performed was also excellent and honest. I will definitely take my car here in the future.

Osbornes Was the first Automotive place to really nail down what what wrong with my car. Other automotive places said the same thing but Osbornes was able to pin point it and give a detailed description of whats wrong and what needed to be done. They also take care in your car and won't work on sensitive equipment unless you give them permission to.

Car was taken in for the Complete Oil Change Service. During inspection it was determined that the battery needed to be replaced. New battery was obtained and installed. Car was washed and returned in excellent condition.
