This was our first visit to Osborns after a family member recommended them to us. Jaime was wonderful in explaining what services were needed immediately and what could be delayed for a few months. That was very appreciated since we are on a budget and have to prioritize all expenses. She was very patient, very specific and clear with all the information. Mike the mechanic came out to review my car when I picked it up and discussed the completed work done. I really appreciated that. Only problem I had was that it rained that night after Osborns washed my car and that wasn't their fault at all. Bummer!

It was the very easy to have my car serviced at Osborns. Jaime was very good at explaining what I needed and why. The cost was reasonable. I could walk there - it was only a few blocks but they sent a car because it was raining. I like supporting a local company and it is even easier when they do a good job. Thank you!

Your employees were a great help to me even though my car had to be taken to a VW agency. The young lady at the front desk went way beyond what would be called good service.

With a background in marketing and customer service myself, there aren't too many Automotive companies I know of that go out of the way to build awareness for their business and that recognizes the importance of repeat business! Besides doing great work, they offer some personal touches that I just didn't expect!
