Excellent team of professionals very willing to help

My car had battery problems. I did not drive the car that often, so the battery would not work properly. The car was given a complete check to see what could have gone wrong. The work that was done was a complete maintenance check and driven many times over a short few days. All is working well at present. I am very happy with the results.

This was our first visit to Osborns after a family member recommended them to us. Jaime was wonderful in explaining what services were needed immediately and what could be delayed for a few months. That was very appreciated since we are on a budget and have to prioritize all expenses. She was very patient, very specific and clear with all the information. Mike the mechanic came out to review my car when I picked it up and discussed the completed work done. I really appreciated that. Only problem I had was that it rained that night after Osborns washed my car and that wasn't their fault at all. Bummer!

I dealt with Jaime exclusively, and she was great.
