My wife has an X5 that needed a 60K tune-up and Osborn did great work at a reasonable price. They also have a certified BMW repair technician on-site so the repairs were done by someone familiar with the brand. To top it off, they even washed the car.

I have been coming to Osborn's for a few months after having a horrible experience at another South Bay shop. It was highly recommended to me by a family member who also has a Jeep and said that his car has never run as good as it's running now that Osborn's has been taking care of it. I was nervous to take my car that had been having problems for about a year to a new shop - as the old shop was still refunding me for the "bad parts" that they put in. I didn't want to start all over again with more parts and charges, etc. Scott helped me walk through the problems in my car and how to also deal with the other shop. I trusted Scott and the entire staff at Osborn's from the beginning. They completed the repairs that the other shop had caused and couldn't troubleshoot, in less time and money than I expected. The car has been running great since. I took my car for an oil change and was suggested other service, but the pricing is fair and the suggestions are warranted. They are trying to get your car to run 100% so if there is something that is wrong they tell you, which I respect. I felt no pressure to do the additional service, but appreciate their upfront and honest approach. The care and customer service that I've been shown is nothing short of excellent! I was given a ride back to work, they wash your car and I love the shop camera feature on their website so that you can see when your car is being worked on. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I took my car in for a dead battery, and even though the shop was slammed that day, they still got me taken care of.

Wow !! Very impressed. Greeted immediately by manager who had a print out of my car and the sceduled appointment. 5 minute drop off maximum!I was able to view progress on my car via their shop cam.When I picked up the car,they had washed it and done an overall inpection with feedback.Brakes are premium quality!! Great Service!!

Osborn's is the most professional auto repair shop I have ever visited. Not only were they quick to diagnose and repair the problem, but the price was also very competitive. I was emailed my estimate and Jamie kept me informed of the progress. I came to Osborn's on referral and now I know why.
