I was pleased that the report I got back seemed complete and provides me with guidance on what is needed next. You recommended battery replacement. I called out AAA, and they reported that the battery was weaking some but did not yet need replacement. I put the charger on it and hope to get several more months of service from it before replacing. You advised that I have both front and rear brakes serviced, including new rotors. I called DCH Toyota, Firestone, and Pep Boys. It appears your price for the brake work is pretty much the same as for the dealer. Firestone and Pep Boys were significantly less money, so I'll likely use them for this work. It looks like your service is competent and well managed and, with the coupon I used, reasonably priced.
