How in the world does Osborn's only have three stars in cyber sapce?!?!? In reality land this is the BEST Automotive shop in SoCal!! Not only is it over the top clean and classy, but the staff is knowledge, helpful and always honest. Â I recently had about a million lights on my dash to service my car, I took it into Osborn's, and after diagnostic test, they determined a major issue and were surprised that this was occurring on such a new car (2009 VW EOS). They sent me to the dealer and encouraged me to look into recall noticed around that issue. When I took it to the dealer, they addressed it for $700 bucks WITHOUT any mention of the recall. After all the spent cash, I heeded Jamie @Osborn's recommendation and SHE WAS RIGHT!! Â Who has two thumbs and getting her money back? This gal!! All due to the attentive staff at Osborn's that actually cares about their customers. Â Another experience that soon followed was a light again appeared on my dash, so I dashed into Osborn's to see what the issue was. It was already after they had closed, but I was nervous to drive the ten miles home. Fingers crossed, I pulled into the lot, Ashley met me with a smile, adjusted the tire pressure, EXPLAINED in laymen terms something about atmospheric pressure and temperature change related to tire pressure and sent me on my way free of charge. Where in our modern times does that level of customer service happen? At Osborn's!!
