Having the car serviced before my road trip lead to an uneventful and stress- free holiday. The "check engine light" did come on in Seattle but was advised by a mechanic to have it fixed when I got home - nothing serious. Car is at Osborn's now doing as they always do - a great job.

I cannot say enough good things about Osborn's Automotive. I visited the shop after the Ford dealership quoted a ridiculous price to replace the screws in my skid pad. When I arrived at Osborn's I had to opportunity to meet Mr. Osborn himself at the front desk. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect my car himself and brought me into the bay to show me the missing parts on my car and explained in detail how it would effect my car in the future. The thing I appreciated most was that Mr. Osborn and his technician did not try to over complicate what turned out to be a common, rather simple situation. The work performed was fast and efficient. This place is also very cost effective, for $50 you receive an oil change, brake and tire inspection. I will definitely be returning to Osborn's for all of my future car repairs.
