As always, the staff at Osborn was caring and thorough. I don't have any hesitation when I leave my car, that I will be overcharged or that they'll look for other things wrong that don't need to be fixed. Jamie is very good at accessing the situation and recommending fixes accordingly.

easily five stars for friendly customer service, explanation of service provided and what to pay attention to for possible fixes the next time. All this and a car wash to boot....Also, it is extremely clean and enjoy all the automobile memorabilia in the office.

Having the car serviced before my road trip lead to an uneventful and stress- free holiday. The "check engine light" did come on in Seattle but was advised by a mechanic to have it fixed when I got home - nothing serious. Car is at Osborn's now doing as they always do - a great job.
