The work to be done as described to the service manager was not correctly done as it should have been and had to be redone at additional cost and inconvenience!!!

So went in for oil change & $1600.00 & a day later… 😩. My Suburu is old & the PERSONAL SERVICE was great. Appreciated the personal phone calls & conversation.

Jeeps are challenging to repair as they are several platforms wrapped in an integrated system. I have mediocre experience at dealers and other places. However, Craig Rahsaan of the Redondo Beach Pacific Tire and Motorsports listened and did more than I expected to fix the overheat and system problems. It is a bit pricy but fixing the problem in one trip with quality results makes it all worth it.
