Extensive service was performed. It was finished at the stated time and the estimate of the cost,and actual cost, was spot-on. It was less than I expected given the extensive nature of the service and expected cost of the parts (ceramic brake pads, etc.).

I had to be towed in due to a failed fuel pump. The car is a 2000, but has only 24,000 miles on it so I asked that you do a thorough exam of everything as well as replace the pump. I just re-read the summary of everything you inspected and what was fixed/replaced and it's an amazing accomplishment. I believe I now have a thorough knowledge of the condition of this vehicle. I'm extremely pleased.
