From several thousand shops in Southern California, Osborn's Automotive was one of only 32 auto repair facilities to earn the coveted AAA Approved Auto Repair coveted Quality Service Award for customer satisfaction and service quality.

PRLog (Press Release) – Dec 01, 2008 – Earlier this year, the Automobile Club of Southern California announced its 2007 Quality Service Award honorees. (LINK) Osborn’s Automotive was one of just 32 vehicle repair shops, selected from 600-plus AAA-Approved Auto Repair facilities in Southern California, to have earned the award.
To receive an award, extremely stringent Auto Club standards must be met for a consecutive two-year period:
• No more than one complaint from an Auto Club member.
• A minimum 99 percent customer satisfaction rating during two consecutive surveys.
• No facility deficiencies during either of the Auto Club’s detailed annual shop
inspections or the bi-monthly shop reviews.
AAA-Approved Auto Repair Operations Manager, Michael Hoshaw, called the winning shops the “crème de la crème” for having exceeded the program’s strict requirements.
